Procedure:

  • Call us on 0151 220 4555 and explain your problem
  • Arrange a date and time when you can call and leave your vehicle with us, for the day
  • We will assess the problem and report back to you with options and costs
  • You can make your mind up which option you wish to choose
  • If you want us to continue then we will agree a time when you can collect your vehicle. Sometimes, this could be nextday
  • If you want to delay the repair then call to collect your vehicle and just pay our agreed labour charge for hook-up and use of the Diagnostic Equipment
